Steve Husk - Chief Executive Officer

Steve Husk

Steve Husk's key role is to oversee the growth of FRSGlobal worldwide in response to the growing demand by organisations for technology that allows them to respond swiftly and effectively to risk and compliance requirements across the globe.

Steve's expertise is focused on building successful IT firms, notably in the financial services sector. Before joining FRSGlobal as Chairman in 2006, Steve was President of SunGard Trading and Risk for five years, where he led a team of more than 500 specialists responsible for marketing, developing and installing solutions to global capital market institutions.

Prior to SunGard, Steve held a series of senior management positions at Iris Financial Engineering, Infinity Financial Technology, Oracle, Sybase and Comshare.

Serge Minne - Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Serge Minne

As CFO and COO, Serge Minne's key role is to provide strategic counsel on the growth of FRSGlobal into new geographies as well as overseeing the strategic running of FRSGlobal's Finance, HR, Legal and IT operations.

Serge has over 20 years of experience in financial and business management. Prior to joining FRSGlobal, Serge held senior financial roles within SITA, Peoplesoft and Sybase.

Serge has a strong financial and business pedigree. He holds a degree in commercial and financial services from the HEC Business School in Brussels, Belgium.

Kieran Leahy - Senior Vice President - Product Management

Kieran Leahy

Kieran's role is to create a proactive and integrated Product Management organisation that ensures that FRSGlobal delivers market leading solutions. Product Management is responsible for all product solution roadmaps and the associated investment decisions.

Kieran has been with FRSGlobal for more than 6 years and has had a number of management roles including VP of Global Sales, Alliances and Global Products. Prior to joining FRSGlobal, Kieran spent 12 years at CMG where he had a number of senior management roles including International Director responsible for the CMG Regulatory and Risk solutions.

Kieran has over 25 years' experience in the Financial Services industry.

Jeroen Gruijters - Senior Vice President - Research and Development

Jeroen Gruijters

Jeroen is heading up a team of consultants and domain experts advising financial institutions how to meet international and local risk and reporting challenges. Before taking this responsibility Jeroen held several positions at FRSGlobal such as VP Professional Services, Regional Manager in the Netherlands and European Customer Engagement Director. Jeroen started his career in 1994 at Bank Labouchere working as an analyst advising the board on Capital Adequacy and ROI.

Rebecca Bond - Vice President - Marketing

Rebecca Bond

Rebecca is responsible for global marketing for the company's 20 regional offices.

Rebecca's career has been in sales and marketing roles for global financial software companies, based out of both New York and London, for 19 years - including QUMAS, Iris Financial Engineering, Entory, IPI, Lombard Risk and Open Image Systems.

Stephen Leel - Vice President - Global Delivery

Stephen Leel

Stephen is responsible for global service operations with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to its customers worldwide while overseeing the development of the regional professional services teams in response to business growth. Stephen reports to CEO Steve Husk, and will be based in FRSGlobal’s London office.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience from various organisations, including start-up operations to global conglomerates in the financial services, telecom and I.T. sectors. He joins FRSGlobal after a series of senior management roles working with companies including COLT telecom, Datasynapse, Calypso and Société Générale.

Joëlle Delmarcelle - Director - Human Resources

Joëlle Delmarcelle

Joëlle Delmarcelle and her team support the business in partnership with the management and the employees to help optimise FRSGlobal organisation in a pro-active and supportive way, by delivering first-class services and attracting, developing and retaining high quality contributors in line with the FRSGlobal company values.

Joëlle has been working in HR for more than 15 years in IT companies including PowerSoft, Case Consult, MarchFirst and Novell.
