On behalf of the team in APJ I would like to welcome you to the FRSGlobal VirtualUser Forum.

The volatility and turmoil in the global financial markets has placed renewed focus on regulatory compliance and reporting. Financial Institutions are continuing to increase spending on regulatory reporting and compliance. Regulators are constantly updating and re-engineering the reporting requirements. Many of the emerging markets in the APJ region are introducing new regulations and reporting requirements to comply with international standards.

FRSGlobal has been partnering with regulators and financial institutions around the world for nearly 20 years to provide an automated, cost effective and regulatory compliant technology solution to support initiatives taken towards a better regulated financial sector.

In order for FRSGlobal to maintain its competitive advantage in the regulatory and compliance space it is imperative that our products are standardized for each market we offer solutions in.

The basic building blocks required to achieve standardization is the standard interpretation of the regulations.

The VirtualUser Forum provides FRSGlobal the forum through which we can consult our clients on the interpretation for new, existing and disputed regulations.

Unlike conventional conference calls and face to face meetings the VirtualUser Forum takes away geographic, scheduling, time delay, and cost constraints. The busy banking executive is able to contribute towards this forum through their computer or PDA from anywhere at anytime with minimal cost.
