Sales Manager France/Account Manager
Our office requires a Sales Manager France.
The successful candidate will:
- Have to sell our Solutions in the financial sector in France and eventually support other countries in the EMEA North region (Eastern Europe), but in a given geographical space.
- Be responsible for growing the FRSGlobal business and increasing its market share.
- Sell FRSGlobal’s software solutions directly to Banks, Insurance companies and other Financial Institutions. He/ she will have a sales quota and be responsible for all activity in assigned accounts including sales of product licenses, subscriptions and professional services.
- Do proactive account management of existing clients with a focus on retention, increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Travel.
- Support execution of pricing strategy established in conjunction with the Sales Director. This effort is heavily focused around contracts/work orders – initiating/defining terms, integrating pricing, negotiating with the client organization, bringing to positive closure for FRS Global.
- Manage day-to-day contract issues including Work Order execution and contract amendments.
- Generate sales leads of prospective customers from multiple sources, including a strong personal network, information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Utilize all available/agreed resources to achieve objectives including management, client services, R&D, sales support and business development.
- Act as the communication liaison between the company and the client, at all levels, to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
- Ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner and in accordance with corporate rules.
- Stay informed of events or changes that have potential to change the market scene or generate additional business.
