Six Sigma Black Belt
We currently require an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement throughout the organization leading cross-functional teams and working with key stakeholders through the use of lean philosophies and practices, as well as Six Sigma applications and project management approaches.
This person will report directly to the CEO.

Primary Responsibilties:
- Starting with product development, support and maintenance: manage Six Sigma/Lean projects associated with product and process improvement across departments
- Drive Lean Sigma throughout company via utilization of Lean Sigma practices, tools and applications
- Lead Six Sigma Black Belt level projects within and across operations and divisions to optimize performance
- Train, Coach, and mentor Lean Sigma Leaders, Greenbelts and other improvement personnel in Lean Six Sigma Methodology
- Help develop and foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma throughout the company.
- Coach and support the development of improved operations, processes, and procedures to support strategic direction.
- Facilitate a high level of employee participation on teams and in events to foster high involvement, accountability and results
- Provide input and feedback to key leadership positions about process improvement opportunities specific to all parts of the organization
- Work to identify key gaps within the different functions and leads the transformation of existing processes in terms of capability and maturity utilizing Lean Six Sigma approaches.
- Assess products and process for their ability to meet customer requirement/expectations including capability, reliability, and robustness
- Familiar with Lean applications such as: VSM, TPM, SMED, VA vs. NVA, Poka Yoke, 5S, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, etc
- Familiar with Six Sigma applications such as: DMAIC, SIPOC, VOC, FMEA, Process Mapping, DOE, ANOVA, Chi- Square, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, Control Charts, Histograms, etc
- Familiar with project management applications such as: Scope, schedule and cost as well as WBS, Gantt Charting, SMART objectives, Gap Analysis, Risk Management, etc.
- Will be required to travel on occasion
