Technical Analyst

Our Pune office requires a Technical Analyst.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of Applications.
• Troubleshoots customer environmental issues related to product and provide fixes
• Find workarounds for software bugs and make technical enhancements to resolve customer problems
• Provide technical analysis and requirements’ definition for technical components related to specific client
• Define technical applications requirements including system modifications.
• Provide product demonstrations for customer user groups
• Write and maintain documentation to describe developments, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections
