| FiRE / FRR support ends July, 1st 2010
FRSGlobal continues to make strategic investments in our Products and Solutions both on technical and on functional levels. As a result FRSGlobal released an updated technology engine, ReportGenerator(FRC), as a replacement for FiRE (FRR) in October 2007 and many of our customers have migrated to ReportGenerator in the period since then. FRSGlobal has continued to support the existing FiRE (FRR) engine in parallel but we now formally give advance notice that effective 1st July 2010 the FiRE (FRR) engine will no longer be supported. If you as customer have not yet undertaken the migration to ReportGenerator then please contact your FRSGlobal Account Manager to plan the migration. |
