Dodd Frank vs EU initiatives
| Held on : | Thursday, 2nd December 2010 |
This webinar looked at the policy initiatives announced in the Dodd Frank bill and comparing it with the initiative announced in the EU, particularly CRD2 and CRD3 and others.
It also highlighted the similarities between the legislative programmes in both jurisdictions as well as some of the differences.
We demonstrated that the issues addressed by these changes are the same on both sides of the Atlantic however, the approaches used do not always mirror each other and so are likely to create different regulatory environments going forward.
