FT Adviser, September 2010 - Wolters Kluwer acquires FRSGlobal

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has acquired Brussels-based regulatory reporting and risk management business FRSGlobal.

The compliance and risk manager purchased FRSGlobal from The Carlyle Group and growth equity investor Kennet Partners. Wolters Kluwer said the addition will create the world's largest compliance and risk management business focused on financial services, with more than 15,000 banking, insurance and securities customers across the globe.
