Eugene served as director in structured finance at Barclays Capital in New York, he specialized in structured product structuring, pricing, trading and North America risk management; he also served as director at Wachovia Bank capital market and portfolio management, managing credit portfolio rating, capital allocation, counterparty risk and Basel II. In GCG, Eugene had successfully led the team to build a solid end-to-end risk management business and implementation capabilities. IBM is now the prominent player in credit risk, market risk and operational risk areas with successful experiences.
