Training

Support
Support is available by phone, email or internet, but normally is accessed via the FRSGlobal Customer Care Website (CCWS). This is the online portal to our dedicated UK and Ireland helpdesk. It can be accessed at anytime by registered users and allows for the ongoing monitoring of any issues or queries experienced by customers. It is an interactive method of providing the best possible service to FRSGlobal Users.
Our specialist support staff have extensive experience in resolving operational issues efficiently and quickly. They provide advice on local and environmental issues arising, particularly during planning for a new release, and can call on the services of a local development support team as necessary.
All releases and documentation are available via the CCWS to clients according to their licensing.
With increasing requirements for daily monitoring or even reporting, 24 hour support is available where overnight cover is required.
